At Venba Fragrance, we strive for your complete satisfaction with every luxury scent; however, due to the nature of our products, we offer a 14-day return window for unopened and original-packaged items. Please note that used or sprayed fragrances are ineligible for return to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and authenticity for all customers.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization.
Prepare the Package
Ensure the fragrance is in its original, unopened cellophane wrap and securely pack it in a sturdy box with sufficient cushioning to prevent transit damage.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team verifies the item's pristine condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
